Written requests are accepted at the Operator’s registered address. Electronic addresses will be published only after active corporate mailboxes have been verified.

2. Purposes

Account administration; authority verification; B2B interaction; preparation and preliminary assessment of deal data; service notices; security; and compliance with applicable law.

3. Data categories

Name, work contact details, position, company, role, country, authority information, uploaded documents, session technical data and activity logs. Special-category and biometric data are not requested without a separate legal basis.

4. Access and disclosure

Access is role-based and follows data-minimisation principles. Personal contacts, KYC documents and beneficial-ownership information are hidden from foreign participants by default until a legal basis and defined recipient scope exist.

5. Rights and retention

Data is retained until the relevant purpose is achieved or consent is withdrawn, unless law requires otherwise. A data subject may request access, correction, restriction or deletion and may withdraw consent by written request to the registered address or via a verified digital channel after publication.
